Our machinery is vast from various smaller presses up to our largest Compression Vacuum Molding press that can take up to 40” x 40” mold plates all within a vacuum chamber so that there is no air voids in your parts that typical compression molding on such a large scale may not be able to account for. We also have Liquid Rubber molding technology. This enables us to mold a vast majority of Silicones with or without vacuum technologies in a fraction of the time due to platinum catalysts and other rubber advancements. In Liquid Silicone Molding we have fully molded parts in under 20 second cycle times (parts molded and removed from there cavities) through the use of the machine and robotics to remove the parts. This enables us to offer you a much cheaper end product through fast unmanned molding operations enabling your molded silicone parts to be created in a fraction of the typical 8-20 minute cure times on the traditional older Compression or Transfer molded technologies. Coupled with our in house tooling department these molds that were typically much more expensive then more traditional molds are now in line with those prices. We also offer rubber to metal molding whether you want us to furnish complete or you supplying the metal. Some of the machinery we use to accomplish this are pictured below:
