We accomplish this by upgrading our machinery and processes. We also achieve this goal by tracking metrics so that we may improve and in turn improve your experience with us. It all starts with our Customer Service Department on through production and our Quality Department who have at their disposal the latest most advanced technologies in order to ensure that you, our customer are receiving a quality product. Through the use of our Amada Fabrivision Laser scanner we are able to scan any 2-D parts we make and develop a completely electronic balloon drawing with the actual parts measurements, completely removing any human error. This Laser Scanner can scan any object up to 48″ x 48″ and through the use of continuous magnets can go even further making the length of the part capable of being as large as can fit into our facility.
We are also able to do physical testing in house with the use of our Instron 3345 Material Tester and Bluehill Material Testing Software. We can use this to check such properties as Tensile, Tear Strength, Elongation, Compression Deflection, and other important characteristics. Our quality department uses a wide variety of other inspection equipment such as Keithley Multimeters for testing Volume Resistivity, Dial Calipers, Durometer Gauges, Jo Blocks, Pin Gauges, Granite Tables, Micrometers, and other typical inspection equipment. All calibrated and traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. We also have access to various third party inspection agencies.
Our latest addition to our Quality Department is a Keyence VR-5200. This is a 3D inspection white light scanner capable of nearly flawless accuracy. The measurement statistics are ±2 μm Measurement Accuracy, 0.5 μm Repeatability, 0.1 μm Resolution allowing us to accurately inspect to the most critical of requirements with full confidence. This also allows us to measure virtually any geometric tolerance or surface finish for even the most critical of applications ensuring the part is made right and can pass any inspection criteria. This is the latest technology and is far superior to any other inspection system we may have used in the past.
