SAS Industries, Inc. has the in-house capabilities to mold either large or small quantities of both custom and standard sized O-Rings.

Both our standard O-Rings (AS 568) and any custom application you need can be made in a wide variety of compounds including but not limited to Nitrile, Viton, Silicone, EPDM, Aflas, Butyl, Chloroprene (Neoprene), Ethylene Acrylic (Vamac), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Fluorocarbon (Viton), Fluorosilicone, Hydrogenated Nitrile, Polyacrylate, Polyurethane, and of course our wide selection of conductive materials, which can be found in the EMI/RFI Shielding Materials section of this website.

Sizes are grouped according to cross sectional size and listed numerically by inside diameter. We have included sizing in both British/American and Metric for your convenience. Please note that the fractional cross sections do not represent there actual sizing it is just a close reference point in the industry. Please see the sizing charts for the actual cross section sizing on our standard O-Rings.
